Welcome to Ray's Stuff. A page devoted to whatever I am in the mood for at the moment. Since I do not know much about web-design you will just have to scroll down for all sorts of interesting stuff. You don't want to miss this page.
I was born in a small town. Though this picture (on the left) is probably older than I am-- my parents once owned this store and called it the Corner Cupboard. To the right is the beautiful town of my birth and youth...Crawfordville, Georgia--home of the Vice President of the Confederacy. Just beneath is a picture of our lovely courthouse.

For many years I have wanted to fly fish for trout. Well a few days ago (early June 2006) a dear friend of mine surprised me with a trip to Waynesville, NC. We enjoyed the excellent services of an expert guide. I highly recommend fly fishing and this guide service. I would show you pictures of all of the trout that I caught...but I don't want to brag. Thanks Kevin Jarrard and Roger Lowe for a great day!
As for hobbies...I have been known to run a few miles. This year I completed my 5th Country Music Marathon (7 Marathons total). Here is a shot with the girl that I love mostest from last years 26.2 miles. And why don't you join me in Nashville next April? Click the picture for information on how you can be one of the few, the humble, the marathoners.

Most of you are wondering what Ray does to unwind at night. Well its
really rather simple and it helps him to stay in tip top shape. Each
evening Ray enjoys at least one fork stirred Mayfield Ice Cream Milk Shake.
He has his own special technique and recipe. It is top secret but there
are some hints scattered around. And if you visit Ray he will actually
fork stir you one milk shake but after that you are on your own. The right
milk shake has a way of killing the grease that lurks inside. Click the box for
more information.
And in the morning....

like the original whole bean that we grind up and enjoy.
Great Hamburgers! This place is focused on Hamburgers, Hotdogs, and Fries.
Nothing else (but drinks and free peanuts). If you don't have a Five Guys
in your area then call someone fast and get the burger rolling. Love this
place! www.fiveguys.com
